Lead the sales force (General Trade & Modern Trade) teams in conducting selling activites for penetration and spreading in the retail market which will ultimately increase the turnover and market share of the company's products.
Approaching customers to be able to get payments on time and reduce the occurence of bad debts.
Increase customer loyalty in buying company products.
Penetrate new products to increase the number of new stockist stores/ new open outlets and new customer end users who use the company's products.
Monitor the performance of the sales force (General Trade & Modern Trade)
What we're looking for:
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering and Chemical Enigneering or equivalent & willing to travel locally.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or having working experience in the distributor industry max. 1 years much appreciated.
Willing to be located/ rotated in/ to different areas of Indonesia Market.
Have strong leadership potential, strong cross-team collaboration skills, possess good analytical thinking, excellent communication capability, result oriented show interest to other people and have a high potential leadership.
