Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales force (General Trade & Modern Trade) teams in conducting selling activites for penetration and spreading in the retail market which will ultimately increase the turnover and market share of the company's products.
• Approaching customers to be able to get payments on time and reduce the occurence of bad debts.
• Increase customer loyalty in buying company products.
• Penetrate new products to increase the number of new stockist stores/ new open outlets and new customer end users who use the company's products.
• Monitor the performance of the sales force (General Trade & Modern Trade)

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering and Chemical Enigneering or equivalent & willing to travel locally.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or having working experience in the distributor industry max. 1 years much appreciated.
• Willing to be located/ rotated in/ to different areas of Indonesia Market.
• Have strong leadership potential, strong cross-team collaboration skills, possess good analytical thinking, excellent communication capability, result oriented show interest to other people and have a high potential leadership.
