Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology/ Human Resources from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.2
• At least 2 years of working experience as recruitment or Talent Acquisition
• Having good knowledge of employee recruitment/ psychological tools & BEI
• Have a good integrity and analyze skills
• Havinf skills od Ms. Office
• Achievement focused and able to work in a direct and often pressurized environment
